We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, returns are only accepted for products that arrive faulty or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the problem and, if the product is confirmed to be faulty, provide an appropriate resolution.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Products that no longer meet your personal preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem. We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as faulty or defective.
